How to maintain hygiene in COVID-19 ( coronavirus )

Un jese dangerous diseases se khud ko aur apni families ko kaise safe rakhe with help of some hygienic habbits.

take some steps to lower your risk of getting sick. here are some things you should do.:---

1. Wash and clean everything:- Sabhi products jo aap market se buy karke laate hain chahe wo Consume karne ke ho ya use karne ke ho
unhe acche se clean kijiye if possible please wash them anotherwise you can sanitize them. I believe only in dettol but you can use any cleaning fluid which you have faith. aap khud sochiye koi bhi samaan jo aap tak pahunch raha hai vo many parsons ke hatho se touch hokr aa raha hai. isliye inko sanitize
krna bahot jaruri hai. bina clean kiye direct use krna is not healthy for you and your family. even bacho ke new  toys bhi sanitize krke hi dijiye.

2. Wash milk bags:- Milk bags ko acche se soap aur water se wash kijiye uske baad utensil mein likal dijiye. milk bags
touch karne ke baad handwash jaroor kijiye

3. Clean all surfaces:- House gate, handles, door handles, door bells, stair raling and lift buttons ko daily clean kare with trustable cleaning fluid. main bhi dettol se apne  house ki sbhi jagah clean krti hu.
agar kahi bahar lift, stair raling ya kisi ke ghar ki door bell touch karte ho to apne hands ko atche se sanitize kijiye.


4. Sanitize in house using things:- Apne ghar ke T.v and A.c remotes, computer keyboard,
mobiles phones etc. in cheezo pr sbhi ke baar baar hands touch hote hain, isliye inko bhi dettol se sanitize kijiye.


5. Sanitize Car, bikes keys and handles:- 
Apni car
and bikes ke handles and keys, Purse, Violets and credit cards ko ghar aane ke baad daily sanitize kijiye


6. Wear clean clothes:- Jab bhi bahar se apne ghar vapis aaye to acche se fresh hokar
apne clothes change kijiye. main bhi hamesha is hygiene habit ko follow krti hu.


7.  Coughing and sneezing time use tissue or hankey. lekin use krne ke baad tissu ko dispose off kr dijiye.
and hanky  dobara wash krke hi use kre.

8. Clean Cylinder :- Friends jab bhi Cylinder Kitchen me lagaye us se phele cylinder ko kisi bhi Cleaning fluid se like dettol, saff karke hi lagaye. jaise ki aap sabhi jante hi hai ki cylinder
ek ghar se dusre ghar me transfer hota hai isiliye ese clean karna bahot jaruri hai. main hamesha cylinder dettol se clean karke hi kitchen me lagati hu.


9. Avoid Public Places or use Mask :- Coronovirus se safe rhene ke liye sabse best option yhi hai ki hum apne ghar pe hi stay kare jitna ho sake public places ko avoid kare. Agar bahar jana bhi pade then pls maintain social distance. Always wear Mask,
Waise to ghar per rhena hi safe hai but bahot necessary hai bahar jana to without mask ghar se bahar step nhi rakhe. Aap chahe to medical mask
use kar sakte hai ya fir ghar per bane Kapde ke mask ko bhi use kar sakte hai. Don't need to buy an Expensive mask.


10. Eyes ki Protection bhi bahot jaruri hai,isliye bahar jate time aap apni eyes ko eye glasses
se cover kare.


11.  Drink luke warm water:----  Virus  ke effect se khud ko safe rakhne ke liye jaruri hai ki apne throat ko dry mt hone dijiye. thodi thodi der me hot
or luke warm water, green tea, tulsi tea, and soups peete rahe.


12. Use gloves:----  Ghar se bahar ja rahe ho to gloves use kre
for maintaing hygiene. unclean hands se apni eyes, nose, and mouth ko na touch kre.


13. Use hand wash or hand sanitizer:----- Coronavirus ho ya koi bhi virus se bachne ke liye jaroori hai apne hands baar baar hand wash
se clean krte rahe. but jaha soap and water available nahi hai vaha apne hands ko clean krne ke liye alcohol based hand sanitizer
ka use kre. unclean hands se kabhi bhi eating na kre. nahi to bimariyo ko invitation mil jayega.


14.  Consume Vitamin-D and Vitamin- C :---- Coronavirus se bachne ke liye vitamin-D Consume kijiye iske liye kam se kam 1 hour ki sunlight lijiye.and vitamin- C
wale food like lemon, orange, grapes, kiwi etc jyada se jyada quantity mein consume kijiye.


15. Maintain distance from a coughing and sneezing person:------ Agar aapko bhi unwell feel ho raha hai to aap bhi dusro ke pass na jaye jyada se jyada rest kare.


16. If you have fever, cough and difficulty in breathing please visit a doctor, don't  delay  to take proper medical care.


17. Coronavirus  ke liye abhi tak koi vaccine available nahi hai and not specific treatment or cure. isliye  specially apni hygiene
ka khayal rahke. hand wash, hand sanitizer use krte raho and public Transport ka use bahot less kr dijiye. jitna ho ske traveling avoid kijiye.

18. Food waste na kre:----- Jesa ki aap jaante hi hain ki hmare india me coronavirus ke sankat se bachane ke liye desh me lockdown ghoshit kiya gya hai.... esi situation me food waste na kre....balki jitna ho ske poor people ko khana khilaye. apne sath sath  dusro ka bhi khayal rakhe.

So friends ye kutch healthy habits hai jo aap apni life me apna kar coronavirus  jesi jaanleva bimari se fight kr sakte hain and jeet sakte hain.

नमस्कार दोस्तों, कैसे हैं आप सभी। मैं हूं आपकी ब्लॉगर साथ ही साथ you tuber मनीषा । आप सभी का स्वागत है मेरे ब्लॉग वेबसाइट हेल्दी मन की बात में (Healthy mann ki baat). दोस्तों सर्दी का मौसम आ चुका है सभी को सर्दी का मौसम बहुत अच्छा लगता है चिलचिलाती धूप गर्मी पसीने से सभी को छुटकारा मिल जाता है और तीखी धूप अब प्यारी और नरम लगने लग जाती है। सर्दियों का मौसम सेहत के लिए भी बहुत अच्छा माना जाता है सर्दियों में हम ड्राई फ्रूट्स का सेवन कर सकते हैं जिससे हमारे शरीर को कोई नुकसान भी नहीं होता। सर्दियों के मौसम में गरमा गरम भोजन करने का भी अपना ही आनंद होता है। सर्दियों के मौसम में  गरम मुलायम रजाई  में सोने का लुत्फ़ ही बहुत स्पेशल होता है।  परंतु सर्द हवाएं हमारी त्वचा की नमी को चुरा लेती हैं जिससे हमारी  त्वचा रूखी और बेजान होने लग जाती है, ऐसे में सर्दियों में लोग तरह-तरह के क्रीम लोशन इस्तेमाल करते हैं लेकिन इससे त्वचा पर कुछ ज्यादा खास या गहरा असर नहीं पड़ता है। इसलिए आज हम कुछ ऐसे घरेलू नुस्खों  की बात करेंगे जो आप बहुत आसानी से बना सकते हैं और इनका इस्तेमाल करके सर्दियों में अपनी त्वचा
