Which things that we should have to Avoid for babies's health?

Doston aaj hm discuss krenge ki babies ki health ke liye hme unke food me kya kya Avoid krna chahiye. Kyonki bahot se ese food hote hain jo easly available to ho jate hain but bacho ke liye healthy nahi hote.

So lets discuss about that which things we should have to avoid for babies's health.

1. Avoid Biscuits unless its an emergency:- Friends hme bacho ke food me biscuits bahot km include krne chahiye. buiscuits me artificial sugar hoti hai or inko khane se bache ka immediately tummy to bhar jata hai but biscuits me koi nutrition value nahi hoti. so ab se jab bhi bache ko bhukh lage to is opportunity ka faayda uthaye or baby ko kutch healthy khane ko de. Biscuits ko emergency time ke liye hi use kre. jese kbhi ghar se bahar ho tab hi dijiye, anotherwise koi healthy food hi khilaye.



2. Avoid Sugar for Babies:-- Bacho ke food me sugar avoid kre. ek full day me One tablespoon sugar enough hoti hai. is one table spoon ki quantity ko alag alag full day ke food me divide kr skte hain.  is se jayada na use kre baby ke food me.



3. Avoid Sprinkling salt over food :-- Bacho ke khane me kabhi bhi food ke upper salt ko sprink na kre. Ye kafi dangerous hota hai health ke liye. hmesha meals prepare krte huye hi khane me namak pakaye. alag se na daale.


4. Avoid Water during meals:-- bache ko khana khilate huye kbhi bhi khane ke beech me pani na pilaye, is se baby ka pet pani se hi bhar jayega or vo thik se apna meal nahi khayega. Food ke bich me pani pilane se baby ki body bhi thik se khane ko process nahi krti, kyonki khane ke sath pani pet me ja raha hai.
so isliye khana khilane se pehle hi bache ko thoda  pani pila do taaki uski pani ki requirment puri ho jaye.


5. Avoid oily  foods and junk foods:--  Friends apne baby ko fried or junk food na khilaye. ye sb taste krane ke liye to thik hai but pet bharne ke liye nahi.
Best option hai ki agar bahar ja rahe hain to fruits,  biscuits hi carry kre. ya fir kisi atche restaurant me ja rahe ho to vaha ke Sheff se request krke kutch healthy food ready krwa lo. But oily or junk food se babies ko durr hi rakhe.



6. Engage them in Activities to build Appetite:--- Babies ko jayada se jayada different different activities me busy rakhe. jitni activities krenge utni unko new energy ki requirment hogi or jis se pehle khaya hua meal aasani se digest bhi ho jayega. ab bacha khud next food ki demand krega.
bache ko elders ki tarah bhukh nahi lagti or na hi vo time dekhkr khana khate hain. babies to apne mood or energy ke according bhukh lgti hai.
so make sure ki aap apne baby ko khana watch dekh kar nahi balki unki activities ke according khila rahe ho.



7. Meal presention ko avoid na kre:--   bacho ko jo bhi food de vo atche se decorate krke  beautiful plates me serve kre. ek sath sara food mix na krke de. proper table chair pr baitha kr khilaye. is se babies ka khane me interest banega.


8. Avoid Distractions like tv , mobiles etc:--- babies ko khana khilate huye sbhi tarah ke distractions ko unse durr rakhe.like tv, mobiles, phones etc. esa krne pr unka pura dhayan khana khane me hi lagega.


9. Give them a little Jaggery after each meal:---
Bacho ko lunch dinner  ke baad thodi jaggery jarur de. isko khane se khana thik se digest ho jayega. or bhukh bhi increase hoti hai.


10. Forcefully khana na khilaye:--- babies ko unka mood or energy dekh kr hi khana khilaye. kbhi bhi force na kre. ho skta hai ki baby ka already pet bhara ho. ya ho skta hai ki uski tabyat thik na ho. so sb dhayan rakhte huye khilaye. jabardasti na kre.


11. Punishment avoid Kre:--- Food na khane pr babies ko punishment na do. is se unme dr baith jayega. or vo food ko enjoy krke nahi khayenge.


12. Baby ka taste Avoid na kre:---- babies ka taste dekh kr khana khilaye. unke taste ko samjhne ki koshish kre ki vo kesa khana pasand krta hai.

13. Make a food chart:--- Food chart bhi bahot usefull hota hai baby ke food me interest laane ke liye and uski health ke liye bhi. so ek food chart jaroor banaye.



14. Baby ko apne aap khana khane de :-- apne aap khana khane se baby ko roke nahi. usme sbke sath bithakr khana khane ki habbit increase kre. jis se vo interest se khana khayega.


so apne babies ki health ke liye in baato ka khayal rakhe. I hope aapko atche lge ho mere ye tips.

Kesa ho FoodChart for 1 to 2 years baby?

Doston aaj hm discuss krenge ki one year se lekar two year ke baby ka full day  food routine kya kya hona chahiye. kyonki ab baby family roution me aane ke liye ready ho raha hai.
yaha hm share krenge ki is age ke baby ko morning se night tak kya kya food khila skte hain. mere babies ke liye bhi main yahi foodchart follow krti hu.
So lets start...

1. Wake up and have a Luke warm water:- Morning me jab baby sokr uth jaye then usko thoda gunguna pani pilaye. mere twins bhi around 7'oclock uth jate hain fir main unko luke warm water deti hu. gungune pani se Metabolism activate ho jata hai jis se bache ko thodi der tak poti aajati hai.or uska tummy clear ho jata hai. baby happy or relax feel krta hai.


2.Creals like,..
Oats,Porridge,Chocos,Cornflakes for Breakfast:- 
Around 8'oclock babies ko breakfast dede jese ki oats, daliya, cornflakes inme se jo chahe vo aap apney baby ko breakfast ke roop me de. Main apne baby ko inme se jo kutch bhi deti hu usme cow milk add kr deti hu and thodi quantity shugar bhi add kr do. but one year se pehle baby food me shugar add na kre. So Creals khane se baby me energy aati hai and ye aasani se digest bhi ho jata hai. Fullday ki activities ke liye ye ek atcha start hai.





3. After One hour khelne ke baad 9bje baby ko parantha de jese alloo ka, ya Palak ka, ya gobhi ka, paranthe me ye sb add krne se ye jayada poshtik ho jata hai. ya fir Pancakes, ya fir Poha, ya fir Toast or Scrambled Eggs. inme se jo baby happily khana chahta hai Vo usko de.



4. First feed of Cow milk before the Morning Nap:- Jab baby thodi der khel kr thak jaye or nini ke liye ready hai tab usko Cow milk peelaye. Main apne babies ko around 11 'o'clock cow milk de deti hu or fir vo one hour ke liye so jaate  hain.


5. Fruits as a first snacker:- Jab baby uth jaye then usko pehle thoda relax hone do. Thoda khelne do fir usko first snacker  me fruits khane ko do. jese ki Apple, watermelon, muskmelon, litchi, papaya etc. kabhi  single fruit, kabhi mix fruits baby ko as a snacker khaney ko de. Fruits sbse easy to digest snackes hain and bahot sare vitamins se bhare hain.



6. Lunch Rice based:- Baby ka lunch rice based ho jese ki kbhi khichdi, kabhi rice ke sath koi Daal, Rajmaa, Cholle, Paneer, kabhi rice me boiled eggs mix krke dedo. sath me kheere ka salad dedo.



7. Second nap me cow milk :- Ab bacha jab khel ke thak jaye to Usko 4 bje ke kreeb cow milk dekr sula do.



8. Evening snack juice:- Jab bacha noon nap lekr uth jaye to thodi der khelne ke baad usko juice peene ko do, Kabhi juice dedo, kabhi lassi dedo, kabhi Paneer ke Slices de do, ya fir kabhi dahi khane ko dedo. curd to bahot healthy food hai babies ke liye.



9. Evevning walk:- Baby ko evening  me kisi park me ghumane le jaye. sath hi koi bhi fruit carry kr le. khelne ke baad bhukh lagne pr khilane ke liye.



10. Dinner Roti based :- Baby ka dinner roti based ho. Roti ke sath daal or sbji or allu, kutch bhi dedo. ya fir Khichdi, de skte hain.



11. Third feed of Cow milk before Final Nap:- Ab jab baby khel kr full day ki activities ke baad thak kr nini krne lge to usko Cow milk dekar sula do. Mere babies bhi around 10 O'clock cow milk peekar so jate hain.


12. Fourth feed of Cow milk as a Dream feed:- Agar bache ka pet thik se bhara hoga to aaram se so jayega. baar baar nahi uthega. but 3 to 4 bje ke beech  baby ko cow milk jaroor pilaye as a dream feed.


To Doston ye the mere suggestions for One year to two year ke baby ke food chart ke liye. i hope aapko pasand aaye ho.or aap inko apne baby ke liye apply krenge. aaj ke liye itna hi fir milte hai kutch new soch kr.

Kese increase kre bacho ki Bhukh?

Doston aaj hm discuss krenge ki bacho ki bhukh kese badhaye. Doston aaj kal bacho ko khana khilana kisi bhi parents ke liye kisi jung se km nahi, hr mata pita ki yahi tension hai ki hmara bacha thik se khana nahi khata. Mujhe bhi is problem ko face krna pda lakin fir kutch research kiya to jo solutions mile us se mere babies ki bhukh increase krne me kafi faayda hua.

Chaliye aapke sath share krti hu ese hi kutch fayde wale tips jis se aapke bacho ko fayda hoga or aapki tension kafi hadd tak km hogi.

1. Choosing the right food at right age:-- Research me bataya gya hai ki bacho ko unki age ke hisaab se hi sahi bhojan introduce krwaye. Aap apne bache ko jo bhi bhojan de vo unki age ke according hi shuru kre. tabhi bacha us meal ko digest kr paayge and uska interest bhi badega khane ki taraf. or bacha enjoy bhi krega us meal ko jo aap usko uski age ke according de rahe hain.

2. Use the Right feeding Equipments:- 
Bacho ke feeding equipments bhi bahot comfortable or attractive ho. bacho ko proper ek table or chair pr baitha ke khana khilaye. jis se unka interest khane ki taraf increase hoga or unme table manners bhi aajayege.

3. Have a gaps between the meals:-  
Hmesha bacho ko diye jane wale meals ke bhich gaps rakhe. bas itna dhayan rakhe ki gap bahot jayada lamba bhi na ho or na hi bahot km.

4. Avoid oily snacks:- 
Bacho ko meal se pehle khane ke liye oily snacks nahi de. jab bhi snacks de to fruits hi de.fruits ke juices bhi de skte hain. jis se bacho ki bhukh badegi.

5. Always have a backup:- 
Bache ka agar ek chees me interest nahi ho raha to  hmesha dusra koi khane ka option ready rakhe. jise vo khushi se khale. mere babies ke sath hmesha mujhe ese hi koi na koi khane ka backup rakhna padta hai. jis se vo time se meal le paye.

6. Most Important:- 
kabhi bhi bacho ko forcefully khana na khilaye. or na hi watch dekh kr khilaye. balki unki activities ke according khana de. ho skta hai khelte khelte unhe aapke decided time se pehle bhukh lag jaye. so please is baat ka dhayan rakhe.

7. Right age me hi khana introduced karwaye:- 
Hm sb jaante hai ki six month ke baad hi babies ko khana dena shuru krna chahiye but aapko ye dhayan dena chahiye ki bacha khana khane ke liye kis time pr sign de raha hai. ho skta hai vo six  ya seventh month ke baad khana khane me interest dikhaye. means bacha jab khud se khane me interest dikhaye tbhi se usko khana khilana shuru kre. jabardasti kutch na khilaye. perfect time vo hi hai jab bacha khud ki itcha se khana shuru kre.

8. Khane me variety laye:- 
Ek tarah ke khane se bacha bore ho jata hai. or vo khane se jee churane lagta hai. so please alag alag recipes try kre.

9. Bache ko jayada se jayada vitamins wala khana hi khane ko de.

10. Cake, biscuits bhi de skte hai but bahot less quantity me he de.

11. Fastfood se bacho ko dur hi rakhe:-Bahar ka oily ya jayada masaaledaar khane se bache ka digisit system kharab ho jata hai.

12. Litchi ka sevan jaroor kraye kyonki isko khane se bhukh badti hai. khane se pehle bache ko 3-4 litchi khane ko jaroor de.


13. Agar kabhi majboori me bahar khana khilana pde bache ko to make sure ki khane ki jagah saaf suthri  or healthy ho.

14. Bache ko hmesha packet wale products hi khane ko de.khule nahi.

15. Bahar jab bhi juice pilaye to atchi jagah dekh kr hi pilaye. jo person juice ready kr raha hai uski taraf bhi dhayan de ki vo saaf tarike se preparation kr raha hai.

16. Bache ko khansi jukaam fever hone pr usi time doctor ko dikhaye. laaprvaahi bilkul na kre.

17. Establish a Routine:-
Har roj ka ek routine bna lo ki bache ko is time pe Khana dena hai. taki bache ko realise ho jaye ki ye uske khane ka time hai or vo khane me interest bhi dikhayega.

18. Ghar se bahar hmesha mineral bottel hi use kre.

19. Apple bahot hi beneficial fruit hai health ke liye. is ko khane se bhukh badti hai. so please ek apple  bhi meal se pehle bache ko khane ko jaroor de.

20. Pudina Means mint isme bhi bhukh increase krne ke goon payey jate hain. iski chatni bnakr de. ya fir iske ras ko honey me milakr de. is se bache ki bhukh badegi.

21. Tomato bhi bhukh increase krta hai. to ise bhi babies ko meal se pehle khane ko de.ya khali pet bhi khila skte hain.

22. Bache ko fruits and vegetables jayada se jayada quantity me khane ko de.

23. Baby ko fresh air me jaroor ghumaaye, is se bhi uski health ko bahot benifit hoga.

24. Frequency of meals:- 
Babies ke meal me slowly slowly solids ko badaye. ek dam se change na laaye. bache ko time lagta hai ek food se dusre food me khud ko comfotable hone me.

25. Avoid Distractions like Tv, phone etc. Bache ke khane ke time in sb ko dur rakhe vrna bacha distract ho jayega or khane pr dhayan nahi de payega.

So friend main bhi in sare tips ko dhayan me rakh ke apne twins ka khayal rakhti hu. and i am sure aap ke bache ko bhi in tips se bahot fayda hoga...
