Doston aaj hm discuss krenge ki babies ki health ke liye hme unke food me kya kya Avoid krna chahiye. Kyonki bahot se ese food hote hain jo easly available to ho jate hain but bacho ke liye healthy nahi hote.
So lets discuss about that which things we should have to avoid for babies's health.
1. Avoid Biscuits unless its an emergency:- Friends hme bacho ke food me biscuits bahot km include krne chahiye. buiscuits me artificial sugar hoti hai or inko khane se bache ka immediately tummy to bhar jata hai but biscuits me koi nutrition value nahi hoti. so ab se jab bhi bache ko bhukh lage to is opportunity ka faayda uthaye or baby ko kutch healthy khane ko de. Biscuits ko emergency time ke liye hi use kre. jese kbhi ghar se bahar ho tab hi dijiye, anotherwise koi healthy food hi khilaye.
2. Avoid Sugar for Babies:-- Bacho ke food me sugar avoid kre. ek full day me One tablespoon sugar enough hoti hai. is one table spoon ki quantity ko alag alag full day ke food me divide kr skte hain. is se jayada na use kre baby ke food me.
3. Avoid Sprinkling salt over food :-- Bacho ke khane me kabhi bhi food ke upper salt ko sprink na kre. Ye kafi dangerous hota hai health ke liye. hmesha meals prepare krte huye hi khane me namak pakaye. alag se na daale.
4. Avoid Water during meals:-- bache ko khana khilate huye kbhi bhi khane ke beech me pani na pilaye, is se baby ka pet pani se hi bhar jayega or vo thik se apna meal nahi khayega. Food ke bich me pani pilane se baby ki body bhi thik se khane ko process nahi krti, kyonki khane ke sath pani pet me ja raha hai.
so isliye khana khilane se pehle hi bache ko thoda pani pila do taaki uski pani ki requirment puri ho jaye.
5. Avoid oily foods and junk foods:-- Friends apne baby ko fried or junk food na khilaye. ye sb taste krane ke liye to thik hai but pet bharne ke liye nahi.
Best option hai ki agar bahar ja rahe hain to fruits, biscuits hi carry kre. ya fir kisi atche restaurant me ja rahe ho to vaha ke Sheff se request krke kutch healthy food ready krwa lo. But oily or junk food se babies ko durr hi rakhe.
6. Engage them in Activities to build Appetite:--- Babies ko jayada se jayada different different activities me busy rakhe. jitni activities krenge utni unko new energy ki requirment hogi or jis se pehle khaya hua meal aasani se digest bhi ho jayega. ab bacha khud next food ki demand krega.
bache ko elders ki tarah bhukh nahi lagti or na hi vo time dekhkr khana khate hain. babies to apne mood or energy ke according bhukh lgti hai.
so make sure ki aap apne baby ko khana watch dekh kar nahi balki unki activities ke according khila rahe ho.
7. Meal presention ko avoid na kre:-- bacho ko jo bhi food de vo atche se decorate krke beautiful plates me serve kre. ek sath sara food mix na krke de. proper table chair pr baitha kr khilaye. is se babies ka khane me interest banega.
8. Avoid Distractions like tv , mobiles etc:--- babies ko khana khilate huye sbhi tarah ke distractions ko unse durr rakhe.like tv, mobiles, phones etc. esa krne pr unka pura dhayan khana khane me hi lagega.
9. Give them a little Jaggery after each meal:---
Bacho ko lunch dinner ke baad thodi jaggery jarur de. isko khane se khana thik se digest ho jayega. or bhukh bhi increase hoti hai.
10. Forcefully khana na khilaye:--- babies ko unka mood or energy dekh kr hi khana khilaye. kbhi bhi force na kre. ho skta hai ki baby ka already pet bhara ho. ya ho skta hai ki uski tabyat thik na ho. so sb dhayan rakhte huye khilaye. jabardasti na kre.
11. Punishment avoid Kre:--- Food na khane pr babies ko punishment na do. is se unme dr baith jayega. or vo food ko enjoy krke nahi khayenge.
12. Baby ka taste Avoid na kre:---- babies ka taste dekh kr khana khilaye. unke taste ko samjhne ki koshish kre ki vo kesa khana pasand krta hai.
13. Make a food chart:--- Food chart bhi bahot usefull hota hai baby ke food me interest laane ke liye and uski health ke liye bhi. so ek food chart jaroor banaye.
14. Baby ko apne aap khana khane de :-- apne aap khana khane se baby ko roke nahi. usme sbke sath bithakr khana khane ki habbit increase kre. jis se vo interest se khana khayega.
