Healthy Baby Food Chart for 2 to 3 years babies

friends aaj hm discuss krenge two years se lekr Three years tak ke baby ko hm food me kya kya option de skte hain. ye food chart pure week ka hoga....means every day kutch new try kijiye....jis se bache ka khane me interest increase hoga.

Every Mom ye soch soch kr worried hoti rehti hain ki bacho ko khane me kya kya de jis se baby ki body ko Nutrition ki appropriate quantity mil ske..ese me ye Three years tak ke baby ka food chart aapki help krega.
jab aapka baby Three years ka
hota hai ya hone lag raha hota hai tab uska Aahaar (food) bahot important hota hai. is age me baby ki body ko Poshan ki need bahot jayada hoti hai.
Different different tarah ke nutrients agar baby ko is age me naa mile to baby ki growth pr iska bahot bura asar ho skta hai. Two se three years tak ke baby ka weekly Food Chart:-----

1. Monday:---- Morning:---Vegetables wala Sandwich + one gilass milk.

Afternoon:----- Mung ki daal ki khichdi + one katori Dahi (curd).

Evening:---- one Banana.

Night:----- one bowl Daal +Roti.



2. Tuesday:----Morning:--- Daliya+ one gilass milk.


Afternoon:----- Allo Matar carrot ki sbji +one Roti.


Evening:---- One Mango.


Night:----- Paneer ki sbzi + one roti.




3. Wednesday:------Morning:----- Poha +one gilass milk.




Afternoon:----- Mix daal khichdi+ Curd.



Evening:----Orange or orange juice.

Night:-----Daal+ roti.






4. Thursday:----- Morning:---one Allu parantha+one bowl curd.


Afternoon:------ Mix Veg Rice+ Curd.


Evening:----one Apple or one gilass juice.



Night:---- Paneer ki sabji +Roti.




5.Friday:----Morning:---- uppma +one gilass milk.




Afternoon:---- Black chole +Rice.




Evening:------one gilass Litchi milk shake.




Night:----- Beans ki sbji +Roti.




6.Saturday :----Morning :----one  paneer parantha + one bowl curd.




Afternoon:---- Rajmaa+Rice




Evening:------ one gilass Mix fruit juice.



Night:------- Daal +Roti.




7.Sunday:------Morning:----- Besan ka Chilla+one gilass milk.



Afternoon:----mix veg and daal
khichdi+curd.



Evening:---- Grapes



Night:------ bhindi ki sbji +roti.


One year to Three years tak babies bahot fastly grow krte hain,
isliye unki body ko jayada nutrients ki jaroorat hoti hai. isliye jaroori nahi ki jo khana aap baby ko khila rahe hain usme itna Nutrients jo baby ki Nutritional requirments ko pura kr ske.

Ese me aap bacho ke food me Nutrients increase krne ke liye ese kutch plans kr skte ho, like these:----

1. Almonds and Cashews ko
halka bhunn kr grinder me pees kr fine powder bna lijiye and is powder ko air tight container me rakh lo. Ab jab bhi aap halwa, pudding banaye to usme ek spoon ye powder mila de. ye powder itna hi ready kre jo ki ek month me use ho jaye.

2. Baby ke khane me diary produts
add kro like curd, paneer, cheese, lassi etc. jis se bache ko calcium bharpoor qantity me milta rahe.

3. Pudding, halwa bnane ke liye Desi ghee
use kr skte hain.

4. Morning me jab baby so kr uthe to usko one cup milk ke sath two badaam dijiye. badaam 
raat bhar bheege huye ho.

5. Baby ko kabhi Atta bread + Omelet
or kabhi atta bread + butter de skte hain.

6. Evening snacks me jo bhi baby ko khane ko de  make sure unse baby ko Nutrients
mile. eve snacks me one bowl fruits
,or fruits  juices
or vegetables soups
de skte hain.every day baby ko kutch new
khane ko do jis se baby ek hi tarah ke snack ko khakr bore na ho jaye.

7. Baby ko afternoon and night me healthy food ke sath green salad
bhi jaroor de.

8. Baby ko fast food or ready made snacks nahi de. home made noodles, sandwiches
hi dijiye.isme bahot sari vegetables like tomato, carrot, capsicum, cucumber etc add krke baby ko dijiye.


9. Baby ko every day kutch new khane ko dijiye jis se bache me sbkutch khane ki habbit increase ho.


10. Baby ke food me sabhi tarah ke grains
add kre.  baby ko multigrain aate ki roti bna kr dijiye.



11. Baby  ka tummy bhi chotta sa hota hai, jo ki thode se khane se hi bhar jata hai.
isliye bache ko full day thoda thoda food
dete rahe. forcefully ek sath sara khana na khilaye. baby ka diet chart ready krte time ese food ka seletion kre jis se baby ko Variety of Nutrition
mil ske.  so baby food me sabhi nutrition group me se kutch na kutch add krte rahe.



12. Dinner:-- night ka khana
baby ke pure day ka last food  hota hai.isliye isme bahot sare nutrients hone chahiye. but bache ke tummy ke liye light hone chahiye. isliye raat ko heavy food nahi de kyonki heavy food ko digist krne me baby ko pareshaani hogi. jis se raat bhar baby uncomfortable rahega, pet me pain bhi ho skta hai.and vomiting bhi ho skti hai. so night ka food healthy to ho but heavy na ho. like sabji
ke sath roti, daal ke sath roti, or dahi ke sath khichdi etc. baby ko de skte hain night ke khane me.

So friends two se three years ke baby ko nutrition and energy ki bahot jaroorat hoti hai.
baby ko agar poshan thik quantity me na mile to aage chalkar sevral diseases ka saamna krna pd skta hai. isliye baby ka immunity system strong krne ke liye  baby
ko kon sa food, kon se time pr and kitni quantity me dena hai is baare me puri knowledge rakhna sbhi parents ki    responsibility hai.

Friends jesa ki aap jaante hi hai ki aajkal Ek bahot dangerous virus ko lekar sare world me stress bna hua hai. Yeh bahot hi khatarnaak and jaanlewa virus hai. Hum baat kr rahe hain Corona virus ki.

Yeh Corona Virus China ke Wuhaan city ke sea food market se shuru hua and China Ko apni chapet me Lene ke Baad puri duniya par khatarnaak  baadalo ki tarah mandra Raha hai. China me tabaahi machane ke Baad ab ye another countries me bhi enter kr Raha hai.
