Cold drinks health ke liye bilkul zehar hai fir chahe elders ho ya bache, Cold drinks ko avoid kre, and jayada se jayada fruits and fruits juices ko apne routine life drink me add kijiye specially babies and childrens ke liye.....

ye drinks baby ko six month se shuru kr skte hain but shru me less less quantity dijiye baad me age ke according drinks ki quantity increase kr skte hain..
So lets start discussion about healthy drinks:----
1. Coconut Water:---
Coconut water bahot healthy drink hai babies ke liye, its full of Nutrition and minerals. its a Naturally drink and iska taste bahot yummy hota hai.

Its good for tummy
